Solid 18kt yellow gold case with brushed & polished finishing. Raised sapphire crystal. Silvered dial. Applied polished index hour markers with luminous tips. Fine printed minute/seconds & fractions of a seconds track. Polished yellow gold hands, hours & minutes with luminous fill. Small seconds sub-dial at 3 o'clock. Date window at 6 o'clock. Chronograph function: large central seconds counter hand, 30 minute counter sub-dial at 9 o'clock, 12 hour counter sub-dial at 6 o'clock.
Fitted with a black padded alligator leather strap with a solid 18kt yellow gold tang buckle. The strap in fine condition, there are a couple of light discoloration marks, which are barely noticeable. A new strap can be ordered for $400, but we don't think its necessary.
Powered by a COSC Chronometer Certified TAG Heuer calibre 17 (base ETA 2894-2).
We took this watch in from a collector that wore it no more than a couple of times in the 10 years he owned it. Watch is in perfect working order & in incredible new-new condition despite it being from 2007. The interior vinyl of the box has deteriorated with age & is flaking, but other than that this is a great find! With the complete set of box & papers, including the chronometer certificate.
