The Prestige Time LLC warranty period for preowned watches is 1 Year from the date of purchase for modern watches and 6 months from the date of purchase for vintage watches. The warranty duration is clearly stated in the details of each watch.
For simple repairs we will have an experienced independent watchmaker repair the watch. For more complicated repairs the watch may need to be sent out to the manufacturer's service center. Prestige Time will, at its sole discretion, determine if a warranty repair shall be handled by our contracted watchmaker, or sent out to the manufacturer's service center.
All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Prestige Time. Any watch that has been opened, tampered with, serviced or attempted to be repaired by any source other than Prestige Time or its designated agent will void all warranties.
In rare circumstances Prestige Time, at its sole discretion, may deem a watch irreparable, in which case and limited to within the warranty period; we will offer to replace or refund the purchase at the original purchase price. While we will make every effort to keep the customer happy, the final decision to replace or refund remains with Prestige Time.
Shipping and insurance expenses for warranty returns from the customer to Prestige Time must be covered by the customer. Returns should be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (do not ship via FedEx as FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500). The shipment must be pre-paid and should be fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages the customer is liable.
Once repaired Prestige Time will ship the watch back to the customer at our expense.

Should repair be necessary, please click on the button below to obtain a return merchandise authorization number. All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RMA#). This number must be displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or a detailed letter indicating the problem, the return address, contact phone numbers and email address.
