The entire movement & dial is suspended in the case via 4 orange shock-absorbers - which according to TAG Heuer will protect the movement from a 20 meter fall. The rotor is a complete circle with 3 spokes & a single weighted section. The case back is almost completely transparent to allow for a full viewing of the very impressive movement.
Case:
Polished stainless steel with brushed finished sides & cambered square shaped case. Two-tiered grey dial with varied finishes & silvered sub-dials. Polished hour & minute hands with luminous fill, orange chrono related hands. Small seconds sub-dial at 3 o'clock. Elongated date display window at 6 o'clock. Chronograph function: Central seconds counter hand & 30 minute counter sub-dial at 9 o'clock.
Strap:
Fitted on its original black alligator leather strap with orange rubber lining & a push-button stainless steel deployant buckle. the strap is in excellent condition with most of its life remaining. We would categorize the strap as being in 85%-90% condition.
Movement:
Powered by a TAG Heuer calibre 36, which is a Zenith El Primero movement. With a high frequency of 36,000 vph (5 Hz), 31 jewels & a power reserve of +/-50 hours.
Condition:
The watch came into us in great condition, with only light signs of wear. We have had the case lightly refinished to remove most signs of wear. It comes with the original inner wood box & all papers (instructions, COSC card & warranty card). The watch is now in immaculate near-new condition.
