IWC pays tribute to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, best-selling author, famed pilot & adventurer. His book Le Petite Prince has captured the hearts of young and old since its initial publication in 1936. Engraved on the back of the case is the little prince with his coat and sword.
Case: Brushed stainless steel case with polished finished beveled corners. Polished stainless steel crown & chrono buttons. Blue dial. Polished hands. The hour & minute hands with luminous fill. Bold numeral & index hour markers. Luminous quarter hour markings. Printed minutes/seconds track. Day & date window at 3 o'clock. Small seconds sub-dial at 9 o'clock.

- Large white central seconds counter hand.
- 30 minute counter sub-dial at 12 o'clock.
- 12 hour counter sub-dial at 6 o'clock.
Strap: Fitted on its original IWC brown calfskin leather strap with a stainless steel tang buckle. The strap is in excellent, near new condition with the majority of it wear lifespan remaining. We would be comfortable rating the strap as in 98%+ condition.
Movement: Powered by an IWC caliber 79320 (Base ETA/Valjoux 7750) beats at 28,800 vph, with 25 jewels & has a power reserve of +/- 44 hours.
Condition: This watch is in excellent near-new condition. Worn by its original owner a couple of times in the 5 days he owned it. We have had no reason to polish or even buff this watch. We would be comfortable rating the watch in an overall 98%+ condition. Delivered in its original box with all papers.
