IWC pays tribute to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, best-selling author, famed pilot & adventurer. His book Le Petite Prince has captured the hearts of young and old since its initial publication in 1936. Engraved on the back of the case is the little prince with his coat and sword.

Case: Brushed stainless steel case with polished beveled corners. Soft-iron inner case for protection against magnetic fields. Blue dial with a fine sun-ray finish. Polished hands the hour & minute hands with luminous fill. Bold printed white Arabic numeral hour markers & minute track. Quarter hour indexes & triangle at the 12 o'clock are luminous. Date window at 6 o'clock. Power reserve indicator sub-dial at 3 o'clock.

Strap: Fitted on its original IWC brown, riveted, pilot-style calfskin strap with a stainless steel deployant buckle. The strap is in excellent condition with the majority of its wear life-span remaining. We would rate the strap as in 95% condition.

Movement: Powered by an IWC in-house caliber 52110 which beats at 28,00 vph (4Hz), contains 31 jewels & has an impressive power reserve of 7 days.

Condition: This watch is in excellent near new condition. We have had the watch lightly polished to remove most signs of wear. We would now be comfortable rating this watch in a 96%+ overall condition. Delivered in its original box with all papers. With registration for the My IWC program the warranty can be extended until 02/2032.
