Let's start our review with the TAG Formula 1 Chronograph model # caz1010.ft8024:
This one is the sportier looking model with a perforated black rubber strap. The overall look of this watch is just great. It has great contrast between the black band, the stainless steel lugs and the black titanium carbide coated bezel. Further contrast is given with the metallic raised tachymeter scale. The black chronograph pushers have a semi-matte finish and looks great up against the brushed stainless steel 43mm case.
The black dial is offset nicely with stainless steel luminous hour markers. There are three sub-dials located at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions and a date window that appears on the dial at the 4 o'clock position. While the date window should cause some right-heaviness with the visual weight, TAG Heuer addressed this issue with a full-sized hour marker at the 8 o'clock position to balance it out.
The rubber strap offers a nice comfortable fit and fastens with a brushed stainless steel pin buckle engraved with the name TAG Heuer.

Review of the TAG Heuer Formula 1 Chronograph Model# caz1010.ba0842:
Essentially the same watch as the aforementioned model just with a metal strap. The TAG caz1010.ba0842 shares all the same features but instead comes with a stainless steel bracelet which closes with a folding clasp that has a safety latch. The metal band has a brushed finish to match the finish on the 43mm wide by 11.5mm thick case. The caz1010.ba0842 comes with a price tag that is about $150 more than the perforated rubber strapped Formula 1 Chronograph.
One of the features that you will find in both these models that have the black dials are the red-tipped hands which are used on the central chronograph hand, the hand in the small seconds' subdial at the 3 o'clock position, and the hands of both chronograph subdials at the 6 and 9 o'clock positions.
The case has a solid construction with a solid case back which is engraved with the TAG logo and a depiction of a checkered flag symbolizing TAG Heuer's commitment to motorsports.
The F1 series is traditionally geared towards motorheads and racing enthusiasts but they also thought about adding some water resistance for everyone else. Although 200m/660ft is not enough for any serious diving, you can wear it in the shower or take it swimming and other similar types of exposure to water.

While the first two watches in this comparison and review were nearly identical this one has several things about it that makes it unique from the rest. The most noticeable difference is the burst of added color with the striking blue dial.
Whereas the other two models in this comparison have a very monochromatic look, with the semblance of color being on the tips of a few of the hands and on the TAG Heuer logo, this model # CAZ1014.BA0842 has lots of color to it.
The hour markers are stainless steel with luminescent fill and competition orange is used for the 5-minute intervals track with white seconds markers in between. You'll also find the color orange used for the central chronograph hand and the tips of the sub-dial hands. The sub-dial at the six o'clock position has the TAG Heuer logo printed in white around the bottom left-hand quadrant and the words FORMULA 1 written in matching orange around the right-hand quadrant of the middle sub-dial.

Conclusion:
All three of these watches are being sold like crazy but for some reason, the blue dial model which has the highest price tag of the three watches compared here has a coincidentally bigger fan base.
